Randy Anderson, CSP, to Deliver Educational Sessions at HR Southwest, the Premier Regional HR Event

Sessions Include "Are They All In? Essential Elements of Employee Engagement" and "Embracing an Atmosphere of Accountability"
FORT WORTH, Texas - Oct. 13, 2016 - PRLog -- Randy Anderson, CSP, co-founder of Lubbock, Texas-based e3 Professional Trainers, will return to the HRSouthwest Conference on October 17 at the Ft. Worth Convention Center, to lead two educational sessions as part of the 75th Annual conference.

The first of his sessions, "Are They All In? Essential Elements for Employee Engagement," 10:30am in 203A, will provide attendees with a new perspective on how much disengagement is actually costing your company, the contributors that lead to disengagement, and strategies to combat this issue.

In his second session, "Embracing an Atmosphere of Accountability," 2:00pm in 202C, participants will learn strategies for addressing poor performance and patterns of unmet expectations in order to increase accountability and positively impact business performance.
