ATLANTA - Oct. 11, 2016 - PRLog -- Management consulting firm North Highland is pleased to announce that General Services Administration (GSA), in partnership with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), awarded North Highland two indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) task order contract vehicles for Human Capital and Training Solutions (HCaTS).

As a result of the two awards, North Highland will be a Prime Contractor for HCaTS in both Pools 1 and 2 with support from team members Barbaricum, LLC, Careerstone Group, LLC, Corner Alliance Incorporated, Insignia Federal Group, LLC, and KAA Federal Solutions.

Through the HCaTS contract vehicles, North Highland will provide customized human capital training and development, human capital strategy, and organizational performance improvement services to all federal agencies. The HCaTS contracts allow agencies quick access to reliable solutions to meet their complex human capital and training service requirements. The period of performance for each contract includes an ordering period of 10.5 years, plus an additional five-year period to allow for task order completion.  North Highland was officially notified of its contract award in both large business Pool 1 and Pool 2 on May 9, 2016 and was issued a Notice-to-Proceed on September 26, 2016.

Starting September 26, 2016, Ordering Contracting Officers (OCOs) with a Delegation of Procurement Authority from the HCaTS Program Management Office can formally solicit and award task order requirements under both HCaTS Pools.

North Highland provides a full range of business and transformational solutions that establish human capital strategies, streamline Human Resource (HR) operations and performance, develop leaders, empower people, support Human Resource Information Technology (HRIT), and maximize customer satisfaction.

"Today, federal agencies are interested in implementing leading practices from public and private sector organizations. North Highland's experience working across many sectors can provide insight into innovative approaches to help federal agencies adapt and transform," said Marty Brennan, vice president and Washington, D.C. market lead for North Highland.

North Highland is adept at helping public sector organizations align their human capital functions, including workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, recruitment and retention, with their mission and plan for the federal workforce of tomorrow.  During the past five years, North Highland has led and supported more than 450 human capital and training projects, including many for the federal government.
