EOC tops Charity Navigator List of Most Consecutive 4-Star Ratiings As the top charity on Charity Navigator's national list of "10 Charities with the Most Consecutive 4-Star Ratings," EOC was recognized for ongoing fiscal excellence and being "well-positioned to pursue and achieve long-term change." EOC provides affordable home energy programs to help limited-income households pay home energy bills, conserve energy and have increased access to affordable housing. The organization also supports equitable energy policies. EOC was established in 1989 by the Colorado Governor's Office to raise energy assistance funds for Coloradans so limited-income families and seniors could remain warm and safe during the cold winter months. "Ensuring that families and seniors across all income-levels can afford energy for their homes is a complex and critical mission and we're dedicated to continuously finding better ways to achieve this," said Skip Arnold, EOC's executive director. About Energy Outreach Colorado Energy Outreach Colorado raises funds to help low-income Coloradans afford home energy and remain warm and safe in their homes.
