Nationally-Renowned Products Liability Defense Practice Joins Capes Sokol Litigation Team

ST. LOUIS - Oct. 11, 2016 - PRLog -- Adam E. Miller, a veteran products liability attorney who has successfully represented Monsanto in nationally-significant PCB litigation, joined Capes Sokol today as a shareholder.  Additionally, Carolyn A. Mulligan has joined the firm as a paralegal for the products liability defense practice.

Adam and his team follow recent additions to the firm including a new trusts & estates practice group, three new lateral attorneys, and one new associate in the last six months.

Adam and his team are joining Capes Sokol from a large St. Louis-based law firm.   Adam's more than 25 years of litigation experience includes representing national and regional companies, manufacturers, suppliers and industrial users in complex mass tort and class action product liability litigation involving consumer and commercial products.

He routinely tries cases in state and federal courts throughout the United States.  In connection with these cases, Adam has also played an integral part in the development of his clients' medical and scientific responses, defenses and trial strategies relating to claims for medical monitoring, and future medical surveillance.

Adam earned his law degree from Washington University School of Law in 1990 and his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University in 1987.
