Reply Pro, the first review management app for local businesses, announces a major update

Reply Pro released an update to its free Business app that makes it even easier for local businesses, such as restaurants and hotels, to monitor, manage, and respond to customer reviews left on major sites including: Google and Facebook.
 
BOISE, Idaho - Oct. 7, 2016 - PRLog -- Reply Pro has released a major update to its free Business app that makes it even easier for local businesses, such as restaurants and hotels, to monitor, manage, and respond to customer reviews left on major sites including: Google, Facebook, TripAdvisor, OpenTable, and Yelp.

Reply Pro made history in August 2016 when it became the first mobile app to offer comprehensive review management for business owners. Other providers of review management software notify businesses when they receive a new review, but do not allow their users to respond to reviews directly from their platform. "Responding to reviews has a positive impact on the reputation and bottom line of local businesses. When consumers search for online reviews, they are not only looking for the best-rated businesses, they are looking for businesses that listen to their customers and embrace customer feedback, regardless if it's positive or negative. This is why we have made it quick and simple for businesses to monitor and respond to reviews," said Ryan Vasso, CEO of Basedin, Inc., Reply Pro's parent company.

The Reply Pro mobile app is a complement to the web-based review management platform that the company launched earlier this year. "Our users love that they don't have to go out and look for their new reviews. By offering a mobile app, we are able to deliver new reviews even quicker using push notifications," said Vasso. After the initial launch of its app in August, Reply Pro tested it with restaurants and hotels and quickly learned that there was a great need for this type of service. That's when the company decided to revamp the mobile app to offer all the same features on mobile as it does in the browser-based version of the platform.

With the updated Reply Pro app, business users can:

• Add additional staff members to receive alerts when a new review is received. Added staff can optionally respond to reviews.
• View high-level summaries of their review data - average review rating, total number of reviews, and the percentage of reviews that have been responded to.
• Manage reviews for all their business locations, if they have more than one brick-and-mortar location.
• Connect their review site accounts and respond to reviews directly from the Reply Pro app, eliminating the need to log in to each review site.

Reply Pro is available for free download on iOS and Android.
