The Potomac Flight over the Pentagon and Arlington National Cemetery is in honor of DAV (Disabled American Veterans) and pays tribute to the services and sacrifices veterans have made to secure our nation's freedom.  This ceremonial formation flight will be visible from Alexandria, Arlington and Rosslyn, VA.

WHAT: The T-6 "Texan" was a popular U.S. Military trainer aircraft in the 1940's and 50's.

The Douglas DC-3 is a fixed-wing propeller-driven airliner. Its cruise speed (207mph)  and range (1,500 mi) revolutionized air transport in the 1930s and 1940s. Its lasting effect on the airline industry and World War II makes it one of the most significant transport aircraft ever made.
