ROCKSTAR OF THE WEEK: Heather Wheeler Shows "Strength" in and out of the Workplace

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Oct. 7, 2016 - PRLog -- The Launch Local team would like to highlight their fantastic team member, Heather, who has made a huge impact on the company and on the development of their team!

Heather is a mother of 3 and enjoys living a fit, and healthy lifestyle. So much so that she is a Certified Athletic Trainer and has a Masters in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Performance Enhancement. She has a background working as an athletic trainer, and in orthopedic medical sales.

Along with being a personal trainer, Heather is also an elite obstacle course runner, a bikini body builder, and a fitness model. She has a competitive, sports – minded attitude, completing in 5k's, 10k's, marathons, triathlons, and ironman competitions. She has also competed in 3 world championships for obstacle course races placing 9th, 18th and 19th.  For bikini body building she placed first place 2 out of 3 times.

When Heather came to Launch Local she stood out due to her incredible work ethic. Heather strives to be the best and continues to grow daily.

When asked about her first impression of Launch Local she immediately noted her compatibility with owner and director Linda Barton.
"Working at Launch Local is amazing. I have never been part of a company where the owner cares so much about everyone working there, until now."

Heather continues, "Launch Local is a great working environment that allows an individual to be successful and develop an entrepreneurial mind set. My goals are to grow into an account manager, and eventually own my own gym. Because of Launch Local, I have found that I can take control of any situation, and reach my goals.

The company is very happy to have such a hard worker on their team as they are continually looking to grow. The owner and director, Linda, spoke very highly of Heather recognizing her success in such a short time and acknowledged the hard work Heather has put into her everyday tasks, "Heather is a rock star, she's really sharp and has a great student mentality, which is expected with any Launch Local team member," she continued "We're really thankful to have her and I couldn't be happier with her progress."

When asked what advice Heather had for aspiring Launch Local associates she said, "I feel that we all need to push ourselves every day to achieve greatness, and that life is too short to be anything but happy, so do what you love."
