Waukesha Home Builder Belman Homes Wins 5 Awards

WAUKESHA, Wis. - Oct. 5, 2016 - PRLog -- This past Friday, Belman Homes attended the Metropolitan Builders Association awards dinner. At this dinner the MBA proudly presented the 2016 MBA Achievement Awards, honoring individuals and companies who have excelled in sales and marketing with the industry's newest award, the Emby. Companies were also presented the coveted People's Choice Awards for the Home Building & Remodeling Show, Spring Tour, and Parade of Homes.

Belman Homes was honored to take home two Achievement Awards (Best Overall Advertising Campaign & Best Website Design) and two People`s Choice Awards for the Parade of Homes (Overall Bronze & Best Room). They also accepted a Builders of Excellence award for using 75% or more of MBA members in the completion of their parade model.

The advertising campaign that Belman Homes decided to share was their Operation FINALLY HOME campaign, going into detail about what they have and continue to do to raise awareness and funds for the projects. In January of 2016, Belman Homes launched a new website with many new features and hopes to create a more user-friendly experience. To this date, they have seen a 36% increase in their website traffic. Its safe to say the experience online has improved and for that, along with other reasons, they won Best Website Design.

For the People`s Choice Awards, each subdivision is judged separately. Visitors through the MBA Parade of Homes are encouraged to vote for their favorites in multiple categories; favorite home overall, landscape, best room, and interior design. Belman Homes was awarded the Overall (Bronze) for the Windrush subdivision. Their model, the Augustine, features 4,667 total sq. ft. with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a spacious floor plan, study, screened-in porch, finished lower level, and many new and exciting features. Their bonus indoor playroom was voted Best Room in the Windrush subdivision. This playroom not only opened eyes for the children who were lucky enough to pass through, it also got the attention of adults. Bringing the outdoors in, the design that went into this room was unique and well thought out.
