First Company Pink Holding Annual Pink Pumpkin Patch Breast Cancer Fundraiser

LINDENHURST, N.Y. - Oct. 4, 2016 - PRLog -- For this year,First Company Pink will be kicking off the Fall Pumpkin Patch Breast Cancer Festival Thursday, October 6th, 2:00PM-7:00PM at Babylon Town Hall Park- 200 Sunrise Highway, Lindenhurst, NY. Brought to you in part byBumble B Marketing, Rick Eberle Public Relations, Home Depot, and more-  100% of the funds raised will support research through The Breast Cancer Research Foundation and "got checked?" Initiatives. This star-studded event with Stand-Up comedians Carie Karavas, Rich Walker, Tugboat Manny and music by Corvaa, DJ French, and special performances by Italian heartthrob Alessandro Coli and local star Isabella Irizarry!

Come choose and purchase one of hundreds of pumpkins on display which have been painted pink and beautifully adorned and bedazzled with stones and such as a donation to this special cause!

First Company Pink is passionately committed to raising funds to support lifesaving breast cancer research. This year Brandon Irizarry of Bumble B Marketing and Bzarry Events wanted to make the event spectacular, pairing great comedians and music for a can't-miss festival that will bring both awareness and funding to two great organizations helping in the fight against breast cancer. About 1 in 8 U.S. women (about 12%) will develop invasive breast cancer over the course of their lifetime and in 2016, an estimated 246,660 new cases of invasive breast cancer are expected to be diagnosed in women in the U.S., along with 61,000 new cases of non-invasive (in situ) breast cancer. About 2,600 new cases of invasive breast cancer are expected to be diagnosed in men in 2016, and a man's lifetime risk of breast cancer is about 1 in 1,000. Statistics like these are the reason First Company Pink and The Breast Cancer Research Foundation are stepping in to help fight back.
