Dr. Jacquelyn Wilson One of Thousands Chosen for the First White House South by South Lawn Festival
Surprise The Struggling, Inc., Executive Director and Founder, Attends #SXSL Festival

Entrepreneurs, Artists, Musicians, Speakers, Actors, Innovators—all creative thinkers—converged on the White House lawn to interact, discuss, and exchange ideas about how to tackle the toughest challenges facing Americans.
The attendees were all nominated by someone who believed that they were deserving, and that the work they've already done in their own communities, were worthy of them to be a part of the conversation and innovators who came together for the South by South Lawn at the White House, a festival of ideas, art, and action.
The festival was a coordinated joint effort by the White House and the American Film Institute (AFI), the President's Committee on the Arts and the Humanities (PCAH), the National Park Foundation, and South by Southwest®.
Dr. Jacquelyn Wilson was recognized and chosen for her work as an Entrepreneur, a community leader, and her groundbreaking work with, The Stop Bullying Project® (an organization to help combat bullying) and #SurpriseTheStruggling™
