About Dr. Steven Victor
Dr. Steven Victor, founder and former CEO of a biotechnology company, has been at the forefront of clinical product and process development for over 20 years. Dr. Victor is a practicing cosmetic regenerative dermatologist in New York City at ReGen Medical PC and his work in regenerative medicine began over a decade ago upon the start of clinical use of autologous fibroblast cells for the purpose of dermal regeneration. More recently, he has developed the SAVA Cellular Facial Augmentation Procedure for which a patent is pending. The patented process that Dr. Victor has developed for the separation of stromal vascular fraction cells from the blood vessel walls has been in research for over 4 years.  The patented process has been used successfully by clinicians in treating over 500 patients with various unmet clinical needs. Dr. Victor is responsible for the development of several of the products marketed by Medicis Pharmaceuticals. He is also the founder of the LaserSculpt Network infomercial and website.  He ran Post Graduate course for Cosmetic Dermatology at Beth Israel Medical Center NY/ Mt Sinai Medical School from 1995-1999. He started the first Cosmetic Dermatology Clinic at New York Medical College and Mt Sinai Medical School from 1983-1998. Dr. Victor received his medical degree from New York College and a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University. He has held hospital-based teaching positions.
