Arab world's biggest economy in recent years has seen a tremendous boost of domestic sectors such as energy, manufacturing, engineering, chemicals, plastics, construction materials, electronics, real estate, finance, retail and FMCG. This growth has collaterally lead to surge in foreign exports, its road, rail, air and coastal infrastructure must not only keep pace, but act as a dynamic catalyst for continued growth.

To capitalize on the rapid success the Gulf has seen the Middle East Transfreight Rail Logistics 2016 ( will focus on the risks and benefits on the Kingdom's multi-billion dollar enabler for growth and diversification projects. The conference will be held on 23 – 24 November 2017 at Jeddah. The conference is designed to initiate a dialogue and debate between senior key stakeholders to explore the best practices in the industry.

Dr. Ibraheem Sheerah, PhD, Corporate Control Director, Strategy, PMO, Quality & Risk Management at Saudi Railway Company, SAR will dispense his views on a holistic performance measurement and management framework. He will further describe the nature and practicality of performance measurement in railways.
