JAIPUR, India - Sept. 29, 2016 - PRLog -- Ayurveda expert and an acupressure specialist Sachin Goyal from ekunji.com has conducted an open and free health session at Jaipur central park for all who have bit conscious for their health on September 28, 2016.

The motive of this health session was to share some tips about what people should do for healthy living and the dont's that lead to unhealthy living. Healthy living to most people means both physical and mental health are in balance or functioning well together in a person.

Sachin Goyal said "A healthy diet should include a wide variety of nutritious foods for sufficient intake of all nutrients, including vitamins and minerals."

He shared some benefits of general kitchen ingredients including black pepper, fennel seeds, coriander etc. He says that you can spice up your health with these ingredients by including them in your routine diet and can get rid of many health issues such as constipation, indigestion, common cold, gastric problem, diabetes, diarrhea and many more. Even these spices can help you for lowering cholesterol of your body and good to treat High Blood Pressure or Hypertension.

One of the participants was having stomach gas problem for a long time and he asked Sachin to share some tips and remedies for the same. Sachin Goyal suggested him to use black pepper with the combination of some other spices to cure indigestion. Some of the persons of the gruop have asked about some more health benefits of black pepper and how they can include it in their daily diet. Sachin asked them to refer his health tutorial on black pepper benefits recently revealed on 27 sep 2016 on his Youtube channel.

Sachin Goyal favours to daily work out activities and said "Regular exercise can prevent and reverse age-related health issues including decrease of muscle mass and strength, improve balance, flexibility, and endurance. Exercise also decreases the risk of attack of all the above said health problems at the young age as well as work as a shield in old age. A good balance between exercise and food intake is important, as this helps to maintain muscle strength and a healthy body weight." Hence he recommended at least 30 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity every day such as walking.

As per Sachin, every person must eat three meals a day i.e breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but it is important to remember that dinner must not be the largest meal. It is important to remember that the majority of our diet should be made up of balanced, nutritious everyday foods.

In addition to these tips, he gave a Key mantra for health "Drink plenty of water and avoid empty calories from things such as fizzy drinks, energy drinks or juices with added sugar. Eat your calories don't drink them".
