Sydney Roti Named Campus Recruiter for Northwestern Mutual - Chicago

As a Campus Recruiter, Sydney will provide college students with an opportunity to get real-world, hands-on experience as they discover a career with flexibility and rewards.  She will work on Chicago area campuses to build relationships with the college community through active recruitment and selection as well as classroom presentations, club talks, career fairs and educational workshops.

Roti joined Northwestern Mutual – Chicago as a Campus Recruiting Intern in 2014.  She was named Internship Coordinator in 2015.  Upon graduation from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2016, she joined the team full time as a Campus Recruiter.

A resident of Tinley Park, she supports Northwestern Mutual – Chicago's childhood cancer philanthropic initiative raising funds for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation and volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Chicago and Northwest Indiana.
