Market Closed: Nifty manages to hold 8700; IT gains

INDORE, India - Sept. 27, 2016 - PRLog -- The Indian benchmark index closed touch fall in uneven exchange on Tuesday, undermining firm signals from Asian peers, in the midst of rush in selling movement crosswise over capital goods, infrastructure, oil and gas and metal shares. (Rs. 1439.50,- 1.99 Percent), Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. (Rs. 247.50,- 1.20 Percent ), Axis Bank Ltd. (Rs. 541.10,- 1.19 Percetn), among others.

Top Gainers Stocks

On the other side, Lupin Ltd. (Rs. 1513.90,+1.26 Percent), Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (Rs. 2430.70,+1.24 Percent), Wipro Ltd. (Rs. 484.40,+1.17 Percetn), Asian Paints Ltd. (Rs. 1191.00,+0.90 Percent), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (Rs. 770.50,+0.54 Percent), were among top pickers on the BSE.

On the sectoral front, capital goods and oil&gas shares were among top failures on BSE, dropping as much as 1.12% and 0.72% individually.

The Market width, demonstrating the overall health of the market, was poor. On BSE out of aggregate stocks exchanged 3060, stocks late were 1336 while 1492 stocks droped and 232 were unchanged.

Global Market Reviews

On the worldwide front, European shares erased early picks up as bad opinion towards the banking division saw Deutsche Bank stocks strike a crisp record low.
