PHILADELPHIA - Sept. 26, 2016 - PRLog -- Keiretsu Forum Mid-Atlantic (K4-MA), the industry leading angel investment firm, is incredibly proud to announce that the fourth annual Mid-Atlantic Angel Capital Expo, the 24th in the series, is quickly approaching. The event, which will begin the evening of Tuesday, Oct. 25 with a cocktail reception followed by regular programming on Wednesday, Oct. 26. This year's event will take place at the Bossone Research Center on the campus of Drexel University, Keiretsu's partner for this showcase event.

Since the event's inception 11 years ago, the Angel Capital Expo has become one of the premiere industry events in North America that brings together inventors and entrepreneurs that are looking for the types of funding opportunities that they are not likely to find anywhere else. Created in an effort to foster a greater level of collaboration among angel groups, as well as to help reach out to the larger investment community in a more meaningful way, the event regularly welcomes over 200 angel investors.

The companies that apply to Keiretsu Forum Mid-Atlantic are usually seeking their first formal funding round after successfully raising their initial funding from friends and family and seed rounds. In their A or B rounds of financing, these companies are typically looking for $250,000 to $3,000,000 – the sweet spot at Keiretsu.

K4-MA has also recently announced its regular forum meeting schedule for the month of September. The Keiretsu Forum Mid-Atlantic New York Chapter will hold its upcoming meeting on September 27 at Baker Hostetler, on the 14th floor of 45 Rockefeller Plaza in New York. The 3.5 hour meeting will run from the hours of 8:30AM to 12:00PM.

The Philadelphia Chapter will hold its upcoming meeting on September 28 at Baker Hostetler, on the 12th floor of The CIRA Center at 2929 Arch Street in Philadelphia. The meeting will run from 8:00AM to 12:00PM.

The Washington, D.C. Metro Chapter will hold its upcoming meeting on September 29 at Baker Hostetler, 1050 Connecticut Avenue, NW Washington D.C. The meeting will run from 9:00AM to 12:30PM.

The Pittsburgh Chapter, hosted by the law firm Schnader Harrison, will hold its upcoming K4-MA August meeting on September 30 at the Engineer's Society of Western PA, 337 Fourth Ave. in downtown Pittsburgh. The meeting will run from 8:30AM to 12:00PM.

Entrepreneurs invited to move forward to the Forum meetings must participate in mandatory professional coaching sessions to optimize the delivery of their presentations and also agree to participate in the road show to all four cities in the region, with exposure to 100+ investors.
