Patralekha to Feature in India's First VR Web Series

MUMBAI, India - Sept. 27, 2016 - PRLog -- Actress Patralekha was away from the big screen for quite a long time now. News is that Patralekha will feature in a web series which is said to be the India's first Virtual Reality web-series titled 'Cheers.' Currently she is in Goa for a month-long schedule of the same.

According to a source, Patralekha said, "The makers specialise in virtual reality content and when I saw what the show would look like, I was amazed and I just had to be part of this one. The show documents all the changes I go through and will have me sporting two dramatically different looks — the first is slightly rebellious and wild, the other glamorous."

She added, "Unlike my free-spirited character in the series, I was never the cool girl in class. I'd sit in a corner and just study. I felt quite out of place."

Patralekha also said that she is very excited about the web series. On the work front she will be next seen in a film which goes on floors in January next year. The actress did not share any details about the film.
