Cincy Chic Hosts Holiday Shopping Expo and Canned Food Drive

CINCINNATI - Sept. 26, 2016 - PRLog -- Hundreds of local ladies will shop until they drop, all for a good cause. Cincy Chic, the only online publication for women in Greater Cincinnati, is hosting its 8th annual shopping expo Nov. 5 from 10am-2pm at The Phoenix downtown.

While the event is free to attend, guests are asked to bring a canned good for the Freestore FoodBank. Registered attendees will enjoy a swag bag and complimentary gift wrapping for items purchased at the event. Other perks include refreshments, free 10-minute back massages, an interactive ornament decorating area for kids, shopping with 40+ local vendors, and a freeze modeling fashion show showcasing the latest winter trends. In addition, more than $3,000 in prizes randomly awarded to attendees. Convenient parking is available for $2 at the Garfield Garage located next door on 9th Street. The Freestore Foodbank provides more than 20 million meals annually through 350 community partner agencies located in 20 counties in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. This includes food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, community centers, program sites, senior centers and daycare facilities.
