Virtual Paralegal Associates of New York, LLC (VPA•NY) is owned and managed by Rebecca M. Turner Cullen, who has over 25 years of experience in Trust & Estate Administration.

Rebecca's vast experience in Trust & Estate law includes all aspects of Trust and Estate administration, including probate, accounting, estate tax, fiduciary income tax, gift tax, Trust funding, legal research, document drafting, and tax planning.  She also has diverse experience relative to computer software and maintenance, including database and website design and maintenance.  Rebecca is a member of the Saratoga County Chamber and of the National Association of Legal Assistants.

VPA•NY was born under Rebecca's entrepreneurial spirit, instilled in her from her father, and reinforced from her military work.  After investing decades of herself in the firms she worked for, Rebecca decided to focus her efforts in growing her own business, while sharing the wealth of information she received during her many years of work with the corporate firms.  Rebecca is highly professional, trustworthy and, as she has done her entire career, she holds each client matter in strict confidence.
