"We are very excited to join Cincy Chic once again for this unique shopping event. Guests can be both stylish and fair with Gifts For Good," says Creola Dickerson, Store Manager of the O'Bryonville Ten Thousand Villages store.
Ten Thousand Villages is one of the oldest fair trade organizations in the country, with 2016 marking their 70th year anniversary. They obtain longstanding relationships with over 100 artisan groups around the world along with a worldwide movement that works to protect the dignity of artisans and families in developing countries and preserve the earth's natural resources through sustainable practices. "Our partnership with Cincy Chic will bring continued awareness to the importance of fair trade practices and the impact our consumer choices have on artisans and families around the world."
"We're proud to host this second annual event at such a special store," Amy Scalia, Cincy Chic publisher. "When you purchase at Ten Thousand Villages you are a part of the story of making an incredible difference around the world. It's like giving a gift that gives twice!"
