FPA New Jersey Fall Conference: Planning From the Inside Out

ISELIN, N.J. - Sept. 21, 2016 - PRLog -- The Financial Planning Association of New Jersey (FPANJ) presents its Fall Conference, on Thursday, October 20 at the Renaissance Woodbridge Hotel in Iselin, New Jersey. Check-in begins at 7 a.m., and programs will follow from 8:30  a.m. - 5 p.m. In addition, early bird registration will save members and guests $100 through September 29.

Our keynote speakers will highlight the day:
Roy Diliberto, ChFC, CFP®
, one of Investment Advisor Magazine's "25 Most Influential People in the Financial Planning Profession, will speak on "Planning from the Inside Out".

Brian D. Singleton, J.D., ChFC®, CLU®, educates on "Preparing the Next Generation," which includes interesting estate planning concepts, but also goes deeper into the "softer" and just as critical estate planning issue of preparing the next generation to be good stewards of their inheritance.

John Salter, PhD,  CFP®, AIFA, presents "Reverse Mortgages and Retirement  Income Risk Management."  The Home Equity Conversion mortgage program, borrower requirements, costs and issues related to financial planning will be covered, along with using reverse mortgage as a risk management tool in retirement planning.

Breakout sessions also offer numerous topics from behavioral finance, social media, evolutions in the insurance industry, and more.

The Fall Conference is also the event where we recognize excellence in our members through awards for Lifetime Achievement, Heart of Financial Planning, and volunteerism for the FPANJ chapter. Recipients will be announced shortly.
