Cannon Services Acquires Sani-Service

MARKHAM, Ontario - Sept. 20, 2016 - PRLog -- Cannon Services ("Cannon"), a leading provider of washroom hygiene, pest control and life safety services for commercial facilities, announced today that it has acquired Sani-Service, a portfolio company of Serruya Private Equity Inc. ("SPE") effective on September 12th, 2016.  Sani-Service is a leading provider of commercial washroom hygiene services and chemical services (including warewashing and related chemicals) for a range of customers including leading retailers and foodservice establishments.
