He was awarded a silver medal in the KC Contemporary Hot Food competition and a gold medal in the Hot Food Mystery Basket competition. Director of Food & Beverage, Clark Wade shared his pride in Chef Andres. "We are very proud of Andres and his accomplishments. It is great to have an Executive Chef who is focused on improving his craft and is willing to compete in these events. We fully support his participation with the American Culinary Federation North Carolina Chapter and are excited about what his next accomplishment will be."
