Flagler County's Maritime Construction Celebrates 20 Years in Business

PALM COAST, Fla. - Sept. 19, 2016 - PRLog -- Maritime Construction Inc. is pleased to announce that they are celebrating 20 years building docks, boathouses, bulkheads and more in Flagler, Volusia, St. Johns County and beyond. John Gobler and his wife Gwen launched the company on July 16, 1996, and they now have four generations working for the company.

"It's hard to believe how far we've come since 1996 and how Flagler County has grown over the past 20 years," said John Gobler, CEO. "I believe our sustainability comes from being honest and providing excellent customer service," he added. John included that they consistently receive referrals from their satisfied customers and that has helped grow the business over the years as well.

The company is planning a celebration in the fall for customers and the community. Details will be released at a later date.

Maritime Construction designs, permits and builds docks, bulkheads, decks, boathouses, piers, dune walk-overs, marinas, retaining walls, and swamp walks. They also provide DECO boatlift sales, and boatlift installation and repair, as well as dock, boathouse, and bulkhead repair. They are an authorized Shoreguard (synthetic sheet piling) installer. The company has nine employees, including four Flagler Palm Coast High School graduates, and CEO John Gobler is a Florida Certified Commercial and Residential Building Contractor. They company specializes in what they do, and even though they are licensed to, they do not build houses.
