The five tracks on Primal are all thematically related – it encapsulates the experience of being a strong woman, while not shying away from admitting that she is flawed. The release of 'Primal' is a calling to reject the false self and embrace the real self; it is "The Primal Uprise". Primal represents the power, perseverance, and ferocity of the human spirit from my female experience. 'Primal' was created out of passion and in it's release to the world I greatly hope for it to be a source of liberation, empowerment, guidance, and enlightenment for all who listen.
