Publisher Calls for Criminal Grand Jury and Special Prosecutor for Justice Department

SAN DIEGO - Sept. 18, 2016 - PRLog -- Codefore Publishing Editor and retired Police Detective Jim Benish says it appears that there is more than enough information to present to a Grand Jury for Indictiment against Loretta Lynch, James Comey and Hillary Clinton for violations of the RICO Act.

Benish said that  it is rare to see documented corruption at the Federal Level of the Justice Deparment and even more rare to see it at Cabinet level. "As a retired police detective I know what "probable cause is" and to listen to James Comey say on national televsion that he didnt have probable cause was an insult to every working police department detective and investigator in the country." He said.

He went on to say that the only option was for a citizen to petition a Federal Judge to activate a Federal Grand Jury via a signed affidavit.  "Lawyers will tell you it cant be done, or that it must be presented by the Justice Department itself but that is not true. I, as a citizen petitioned Judge Michael Seabright, Federal District of Hawaii for a Federal Grand Jury and he granted my request. This was done in December 2015 and the Jury is currently working on my allegations."

Benish went on to say that before he requested the Hawaii Grand Jury he researched the Federal Judges background to get a sense of character and "Judge Seabright didnt let me down." he said.

Benish said that "its ludicrous to hear James Comey say that he didnt have 'probable cause' to present the case to the Attorney General. " First of all its not his job to make that decision, its the decision of the Courts, and its also not his job in matters of this gravity to stand in the way of the justice system."

This type of action or inaction by the Justice Department adds more cause for a Federal Judge to activate or assign the case to a Federal Grand Jury.

Benish went on to say that in 2008 there was a Civil action against the Clintons brought by the "Freedom Watch" organization in Florida that alledged violations of the RICO Act by the Clintons and their foundation.  Benish said that this civil action is so detailed and accurate that it could be cut and pasted into a Criminal request.  "I dont know what happened to this case but we are researching it." he said.
