Georgia's Largest Non-Bank Lender Appoints New Regional Sales Manager Jason Hulgrecn

ATLANTA - Sept. 15, 2016 - PRLog -- Atlanta-based Southeast Mortgage, Georgia's largest non-bank lender, announced Jason Hultgren has joined the firm as a regional sales manager. In his new role, Hultgren will be responsible for leading a sales team with the goal of expanding Southeast Mortgage's regional markets and lending aid to the company's already established markets.

"Jason is a highly accomplished senior mortgage banking executive, focused on strategically growing Southeast Mortgage's profitable market share for the long term in our established, growing and yet-to-be established markets," said Southeast Mortgage President and CEO Cal Haupt. As a highly respected senior mortgage banking executive in Georgia, Hultgren has held positions as vice president and mortgage branch manager at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, area mortgage sales manager with Fifth Third, and as senior vice president and regional mortgage sales manager at CertusBank. More recently, he served as the senior vice president regional mortgage sales manager over the traditional retail mortgage channel at AmeriSave based in Atlanta.

To help Southeast Mortgage's growth trajectory, I'm bringing in an extensive network of contacts including loan officers, branch managers, Realtors, builders, financial advisors, homebuyers and mortgage customers," said Hultgren. Hultgren graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Studies. He will be working out of Southeast Mortgage's new headquarters, located at 3575 Koger Boulevard, Suite 400, Duluth, GA, 30096.
