Esse Health Chronic Disease Program Satisfaction Survey

ST. LOUIS - Sept. 14, 2016 - PRLog -- Esse Health - During the month of June 2016, patients of our care management chronic disease programs were asked to rate our Esse Health team on key points of follow up care they received from health coaches of the company.  We received a 30% response rate which is considered significant and our mean score for all questions was 4.38/5.0.  Key processes were identified for improvements that will be implemented for our patients in the future.
