Esse Health Steps Out for Diabetes in 2016

ST. LOUIS - Sept. 13, 2016 - PRLog -- On Saturday, September 10^th, employees, family members and patients of independent physician group Esse Health walked to raise awareness of diabetes and promote walking as part of a healthy lifestyle. In addition to being a sponsor of the American Diabetes Association's 2016 Step out Walk, Esse Health registered more than 230 walkers and raised over $5,000 to support diabetes research and educational programs for the St. Louis community.

The American Diabetes Association Step Out Walk is held nationwide in an effort to build healthier lives free of diabetes. The money raised goes towards diabetes research and the promotion of health around the county.
