DAV and RecruitMilitary to Produce All Veterans Career Fair in Cincinnati on September 29

LOVELAND, Ohio - Sept. 13, 2016 - PRLog -- DAV and RecruitMilitary will produce an All Veterans Career Fair at the Great American Ball Park on September 29, 2016 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m.

"RecruitMilitary job fairs maintain a track record of helping veterans find meaningful employment," said President and CEO Peter Gudmundsson. "Just last year, 56.3% of veteran job seekers expected to secure an interview as a result of their participation in a RecruitMilitary job fair and employers were expected to extend as many as 38,700 interviews and more than 12,000 job offers."

In May of 2016, the DAV-RecruitMilitary Cincinnati event connected more than 204 veteran job seekers with 89 exhibitors, including PNC Bank, General Electric Company and Cintas. Participating companies expected to conduct up to 502 interviews and make up to 162 job offers as a result of that career fair.

RecruitMilitary has produced veteran job fairs since 2006 and has held 20 events in Cincinnati, drawing 6,882 attendees and 1,082 exhibitors. The company has produced more than 814 events in 65 cities across the country.
