PALM COAST, Fla. - Sept. 16, 2016 - PRLog -- Palm Coast Physical Therapy Center is pleased to announce that they are offering a free seminar on foot and ankle care from 12:00 pm to 1:00pm on Tuesday, September 27th.This is a continuation of their 'Preserve and Conserve' seminar series.

"The first point of contact when we walk is our feet so when we walk with food pain, we make subtle to drastic movement patterns which affect other parts of our body," said Em Dinopol, PT, owner of Palm Coast Physical Therapy Center. "It's important to take care of foot pain immediately and not put it off to prevent further damage," she added. Em encourages anyone with foot, knee and even hip pains to attend, especially those who are active at any age from the 40s and up. Attendees will learn about how foot and ankle mechanics may be the source of aches of the lower extremities, even up to shoulders.

Some of the topics that will be discussed are: The Anatomy and Physiology of the Foot and Ankle, Causes of Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles Tendonitis, How to preserve and conserve your foot and ankle joints, and Current Advancements in Treatment.

The seminar will be held at Palm Coast Physical Therapy Center located at 84 Pinnacles Dr., Building A in Palm Coast, across from Florida Hospital Flagler.
