IRVING, Texas - Sept. 12, 2016 - PRLog -- Pat Gelsinger, CEO of VM Ware will be guest speaker for the DFW Technology Prayer Breakfast.  More than 700+ Technology Leaders are expected to attend the event held September 30, 2016 at Irving Convention Center in Irving, Texas.  2016 marks the third year of this gathering and it has grown year over year.

Pat Gelsinger has been the CEO of VMware since 2012 and under his leadership, VMware has expanded from its core strength in virtualization to become a recognized industry leader in hybrid cloud services, enterprise mobility and the software-defined data center. VMware's "One cloud, any app, any device" architecture for IT is transforming the way businesses compete and is powering business mobility far beyond BYOD.

Prior to joining VMware, Pat was President and COO of EMC's Information Infrastructure Products business, overseeing engineering and operations and leading the office of the CTO. He began his career at Intel, where he served as the company's first CTO and was the architect of the original 486 processor.

In 2008 Pat was named a Fellow of the IEEE and awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Letters in 2008 from William Jessup University. He is also the author of the book "Balancing Your Family, Faith, & Work."

If you are within the IT space you will want to hear Gelsinger speak of his experiences, successes, failures and God's blessings in his career and you may want to host a table and invite your employees, customers, vendors and partners.  If you are an individual who wants to learn more about sharing Christ in your workplace, then grab a friend and buy an individual ticket.

This event is designed to create an environment where people can hear how Jesus Christ has changed the lives of Dallas/Fort Worth Technology professionals and encourage us all to live out our faith at work and home.  Sign up today as a Sponsor (https://dfwtechnologyprayerbreakfast.wordpress.com/sponso...), Table Host (https://dfwtechnologyprayerbreakfast.wordpress.com/table-...) or individual and invite other to join you September 30, 2016.  Over 70 Table Host have signed up and there is still room for you, so check out the website for a list of the individuals and companies who will be present.

Steve Helms, President of the DFW Technology Prayer Breakfast said, "Having Pat Gelsinger join the event as this year's keynote speaker is something we've been looking forward to since we started the breakfast.  His experience is relevant to all of those who work in and around the DFW Technology community, and we have seen his personal story make a powerful impact in the lives of those who hear it."

So what is a Prayer Breakfast?
We believe that most people are searching for something more out of life but are not sure what that is.  We believe that longing will only be filed through a personal relationship with GOD and His son Jesus Christ.  Our Prayer Breakfast event creates a place for us to share just what that looks like in our personal and professional lives.

Our Mission is very simple:
"To create relevant business environments for DFW Technology Professionals where a life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ is presented and nurtured."
