Insurance Executive Katherine Turk Receives New CPRM Designation

BOCA RATON, Fla. - Sept. 7, 2016 - PRLog -- Insurance Executive Katherine Turk, ARM, CIC, a Senior Vice President, Private Client Manager with Century Risk Advisors, offering risk management and insurance brokerage services, has been designated as a Certified Personal Risk Manager (CPRM) by the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research. Turk was part of the first graduating class to receive this prestigious designation and is one of only six individuals in the state of Florida, and 32 individuals in the U.S. who hold this designation.

CPRM is the newest designation program of The National Alliance with a purpose of training the insurance and risk management communities to better serve the high net worth and affluent client. The program contains a unique combination of risk management, technical insurance expertise, and account development. The development and support of the program includes leading carriers such as AIG and Chubb that work with high net worth and affluent clients.

Turk's accomplished career spans more than 40 years in the risk management and insurance industry  counseling high net worth individuals regarding home, automobile, umbrella and excess policies, and valuable articles insurance. She currently holds the highly-regarded insurance industry designations of Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).  Turk holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.

Active in the community, Turk is an active member in the Palm Beach Cursillo movement. She is also a member of St. Rita's Catholic Church in Wellington, where she serves as an extraordinary minister.
