Live Music Chicago! Live Band Open Mic!

CHICAGO - Sept. 7, 2016 - PRLog -- Ladi Soul will host a Live Band Open Mic for singers, poets & the community to enjoy! The event will begin September 23, 2016 and every Friday thereafter. The doors open at 9pm and the show starts at 10pm at Je'Nia, 3840 W. Madison Chicago IL. There is a $10 cover charge to sit and $5 for artist to spit. There will be food, drinks, poetry, comedy & live music with some of Chicago's upcoming talent.

In addition to opening the stage for the community to share their talents Ladi Soul will highlight weekly featured artist. The first artist to be featured will be Treasur Wright a Chicago native poet and singer. The goal is to inspire the artist to perfect their craft, share their music, material, act & build their brand in front of a live audience, while bringing people together through words, performance and passion. Jamie Clay aka Ladi Soul aims to nurture continually the support of the live music performing arts community where poets, poetry enthusiasts, singers, comedians, rappers and musicians, can share their art.

This event is open to the community, providing an opportunity to work on original material in front of a live and deeply supportive audience. Ladi Soul has been producing open mics since 2000. This event is important because it gives the artist a platform to perfect themselves as creatives as well as promote their art before a live audience. It also offers an alternative to the many choices of entertainment for the community to enjoy and support.
