Aria Telecom recently launched, a standalone voice communication system, Parth 600 which has combination of voice logger, IVRS, IP PBX, conference bridge, dialer, telephone recording, helpline system etc. Communcation can be done on existing LAN network, no need to have separate cabling for traditional IVRS.

Aria Parth can be beneficial for corporates, customer care, call centers, banks, housing society, small to large busines organization etc.

How it works

Aria Parth 600 is developed by our innovative and qualified engineers, as unified communication system. It requires only internet protocol to transmit the call in seuqnece manner. The connectivity needs to work with any mode including IP phones, normal phone or mobile phones.

Live listening

It has facility of live listening and transferring the live call to the others i.e. If call is running than it gives green color signal and if call has gone to missed call than it gives red color signal.

Call Forwarding:

Using this system you have the ability to forward calls to users over GSM, PSTN and CDMA network.

Export Calls:

It enables you to export calls in Wave format for easy distribution of calls and create an executable file containning details of calls that have been exported.

User management:

It has facility to create Admit, multiple user agents, assing roles and control data access among various agents. It has both "Allow"and "Block"mode.

Report generation:

You can export the call data in Excel format for analysis of system performance.


Admin has a third party level of protection mechanism in the form of physical key (OTP)/ Dongle on the top of username and password for protection. This means only the authorised user will be allow to access the Call Data.
