Toronto-based company is releasing its 4^th generation of the USBPlus, a small but helpful keychain that can be used as a letter opener, wire stripper, cutter or USB device.

Toronto, Canada –USBPlus is pleased to announce the launch of its new Kickstarter campaign. The Toronto-based company will be raising funds for tooling and production of its handy new multi-purpose keychain. The USBPlus is a small, but useful tool that fits comfortably in a pocket. The premium USB drive is water-resistant and holds up to 32 gigabytes of data. The USBPlus also works perfectly as a letter opener, a snipping tool and an electrical wire stripper.

Inventor, Austin Huynh, is trying to raise $7000 CAD by October 6, 2016. The device is available in five colors and can be engraved making it perfect for promotional advertising. Since the USBPlus can be personalised, it would be the perfect stocking stuffer, as well.

This durable and convenient device has been tested to ensure toughness, functionality and it's user-friendly. Even a child could safely use the tools. The company is promising that orders will be shipped by January 2017, though large orders may take longer.

Pledges start at $25 CAD and include two units in any color with 16GB of space. They go up to an $80 CAD pledge, which includes five devices in any color with 16GB, plus free engraving. In both cases, the package can be upgraded to 32GB of memory for an additional $10.

Mr. Huynh comments, saying, "My team has worked hard on this device and this is the fourth generation of the gadget. With each new iteration, we've improved the device's performance and its sleek design. This is the kind of tool that everyone should have on their keychain."

The USBPlus measures 31.75mm wide, 38.1mm long, and 13.6mm high and it fits comfortably in a purse or pocket. The letter opener blade can cut any size envelope up to 3mm thick, leaving a clean cut. The electrical wire stripping tool is easy to use; simply place the wire into the slot and the rubber coating will be cleanly stripped away. The blade can also be used to cut string, thread or plastic wire. A premium USB drive is built into the slider and can store up to 32GB of data. It's durable and water-resistant.

Mr. Huynh adds, "We wanted to create something small but amazing that would make life a little simpler for people. However, we've gone to great lengths to manufacture a very durable tool that will last for years."
