GOLD CANYON, Ariz. - Sept. 2, 2016 - PRLog -- Jeff Gorden, CCIM of Eagle Commercial Realty Services Sells Gold Canyon Self Storage Development.

Eagle Commercial Realty Services, AMO is pleased to announce the sale of Gold Canyon Self Storage Development in Gold Canyon, Arizona. The self-storage facility sold August 14, 2015 for $1,490,000 to an out of state investor. The property, located on the US 60 and The View Blvd, consists of 3.5 acres. The sale of this property included several unusual hurdles and events that called on the listing team's depth of experience to overcome.  In the end, Buyer and Seller were both very pleased with the results and are looking forward to new projects.
