38.5 Acres in Bradenton, Florida, Sold for $2.7 Million

BRADENTON, Fla. - Sept. 1, 2016 - PRLog -- Park 30 Partners LLC has purchased 38.5 acres at 33rd Street E. and 55th Drive E. in Bradenton, Florida, for $2.7 million. The property, located 1-1/2 blocks from the southeast corner of State Road 70 and U.S. 301 on 33rd Street E., has recently been rezoned to accommodate 216 apartments.

The buyers plan to build 216 apartments on the property, which is located near Sam's Club, Walmart and shopping.
