The Pro's Real Estate Team Breaks Company Record

HOLDEN, Mass. - Sept. 1, 2016 - PRLog -- The Pro's Real Estate Team is excited to announce it has officially broken an all time company record for homes sold in one month.

They surpassed their previous company record and successfully helped 12 families buy or sell a home in the month of August 2016. With over $2.3 million dollars in closed sales volume this significantly surpassed their previous record from June of 2014, which was 9 sales with just under $1.8 million dollars in sales volume.

The record-breaking month consisted of helping seven sellers close on their homes and with an average of 7 days to offer!

The Pro's Real Estate Team also assisted five buyers to close on homes. In a limited inventory market, The Pro's Real Estate buyer team diligently searched high and low for the perfect homes and negotiated on average, a 2% discount from the sellers original asking price and in some cases, got the sellers to pay for some of the buyers closing costs.
