Diversity A Birth of New Brand

SAN DIEGO - Aug. 31, 2016 - PRLog -- Sharon has been selected as Mrs. Diversity News San Diego. This is the first annual Mrs. Diversity News Pageant. Sharon brings diversity, uniqueness, beauty, and leadership to the Mrs. Diversity News Pageant.

Her time on the red carpet as a celebrity journalist has brought value to each individual. Her coverage includes the Oscars, Grammys, Emmys, a variety of fashion shows, charity events, network events, film festivals, and she hosts many special events around the USA. Jane Austin, SAG-AFTRA's Los Angeles President and National Secretary Treasurer, stated, "You do a great job. You asked me questions that would bring me value in the interview." Sharon empowers everyone on the red carpet by recognizing each individual's brand, work, and uniqueness.

A strong entrepreneurial businesswoman, Sharon takes the same approach with each individual brand. Her brand development and awareness makes her a brand ambassador. She has strengthened over 700 brands with infomercials and 8000 businesses worldwide through her business seminars and grant writing initiatives. Her ability to work with a business' individuality takes the brand to the top.

Sharon loves to take her strength to philanthropic projects. Each charity receives her full dedication. As a young child she spent winters with her father building ice castles at the St. Paul Winter Carnival. Her insight as a brand ambassador and attention to each charity's value raised hundreds of thousands of dollars. She has worked with March of Dimes, American Cancer Society, Cruise 4 Kids, International Testicular Cancer Foundation, "Say No to Dog Meat" and will be participating in the 2016 AIDS Walk in Los Angeles this fall. Each of these charities has a special meaning to her.

She will bring these same qualities as Mrs. Diversity News San Diego to the pageant. Her ability to strengthen individuals for their diversity will bring the pageant's mission, "to help women from ages 14 to 75 years to become confident, make new friendships, learn leadership skills, network for new opportunities as well as empower them to pursue leadership roles in our diverse society", to the forefront.

Sharon believes that the Diversity pageant will create a place where "the beauties of nature come in all colors, the strengths of humankind come in many forms, and every human being is wonderfully unique. All of us contribute in different ways. When we learn to honor the difference, and appreciate the mix, we find harmony. This pageant celebrates the beauty, uniqueness, and value of each contestant."

Diversity as the new brand in pageants follows the recent changes seen on the runways around the world. Embracing each individual's beauty provides understanding and acceptance. Sharon understands the value of these changes. She is focused on seeing these changes go forward to the red carpet, film, and everyday living. She wants to continue bringing her voice and face to diversity as the new brand.
