Designer & Artist Join Talents To Make Hand Painted Gowns

NEW YORK - Aug. 30, 2016 - PRLog -- Palm Beach Designer, Kristen Alyce, and Florida Native Artist, Sarah LaPierre, have partnered skill and passion together to start VIVRE Canvas Couture, a luxurious new high end collection of handmade, hand-painted couture gowns and accessories. The line is based out of the infamously beautiful city of Palm Beach along the coast of South Florida. In this debut collection each handmade gown, cocktail dress, bow tie, purse, and pair of shoes represents the life you live and experience on the luscious tropical island of Palm Beach. Each item is carefully crafted of fine artist canvas and linen and entirely hand painted.

"No matter the weather, always bring your own sunshine," has been this collection's inspiration. The Palm Beach paradise portrayed on these garments is breathtaking. Not only because you wish to be sitting among the lush palm trees and blue waters this fall as the northern leaves fall, you can truly admire and bask in the bright colors of turquoises, yellows, and pinks in the depth of the painting itself.

The collection is already turning heads of the world's elite. With prestigious clients from both the designer and artist, this line is already on its way to the top. The debut release for the Palm Beach Collection and the brand as a whole will be during New York Couture Fashion Week this fall. On September 10, 2016 at 4:00 PM inside The Crowne Plaza Hotel in Times Square New York, VIVRE Couture will walk the runway for the very first time.

Models will be draped in genuine hand painted artwork as they walk the catwalk. Each garment made from 100% canvas and covered in thick bodied acrylic paint took anywhere from 8 to 80 hours to create from start to finish. Elaborate custom made florals from Halle Frey of Flower and Fringe (West Palm Beach, FL) known for her lush handiwork, will be the crown above the canvas for each dress, created with perfect vision of the vivacious colors found throughout our native source of inspiration, Palm Beach.  Men's wear will showcase VIVRE bow ties atop dress shirts from VERSATTIRE (Wellington, FL) a collection of adaptive lifestyle wear that provides fashion and function with a flexible modern style that can go from work, to working out, to weekend.
