SAFFORD, Ariz. - Aug. 30, 2016 - PRLog -- Scott Angell, Associate of Eagle Commercial Realty Services Sells Medical Related Net Lease Investment Property

Eagle Commercial Realty Services, AMO is pleased to announce the sale of a Fresenius Medical Center in Safford, Arizona. The medical facility sold for $1,860,000 to an all cash buyer on August 5, 2016 at a record market cap rate of 8.4%. The property was a single tenant, 8,500 SF medical office building. It was leased to a publicly traded medical services provider.  Buyer and Seller were both very pleased with the terms of the sale and an uneventful 40-day closing.  Both parties look forward to new upcoming projects.
