Tim is the expert in charge of governmental audits for the firm, including cities, villages, park districts, school districts, and special districts. Tim specializes in performing audits, accounting services, financial reporting, agreed-upon procedures, and other consulting engagements for over 50 units of local government in Illinois.

Tim has served as a presenter for various educational sessions on topics related to accounting and financial reporting. He has also been featured in industry publications such as Accounting Today and CPA Practice Advisor. In addition, Tim serves on the Social Media Task Force for IGFOA, as a reviewer for GFOA's Financial Reporting Certificate Program, and has helped a large number of clients obtain both GFOA and ASBO certificates.
