Handcrafted Wine, food & music presented by Enoree River Winery
By: Enoree River Winery
Overlooking the lush vineyard– located 30 minutes northwest of Columbia– the 2016 festival will highlight refreshing, South Carolina wine paired with an afternoon of delicious food, live music and arts and craft exhibits.
While sipping on local wines, guests can relax on their blankets and chairs and enjoy live performances by newcomer to the festival, singer/songwriter, Susan Douglass Taylor and a returning favorite, Bluegrass Remedy featuring Henry Brooks. As music and laughter fills the air, guests can also feast on food truck fare for lunch and snacks throughout the afternoon. Finally, the much anticipated, Cranberry Wine, will make its first appearance of the season and will be available for purchase by the bottle and glass along with other popular wines.
This year Enoree River Winery is offering an early bird discount to guests who call ahead to purchase tickets. These pre-sale tickets will be $10 per guest between September 1-15. Starting September 16, admission will be regular price, $15 per guest. Tickets include a wine tasting that will feature 10 varieties of delectable wines poured in a souvenir glass.
Parking is free. No coolers are allowed. Soft drinks & water will be sold. All attendees over 21 must present a picture id and wear the wristband provided. Guests under 21 are $5 each, and kids under 5 get in free. Visit www.enoreeriverwinery.com for more information or call them at 803-276-2855.
For guests who cannot make it to the Newberry Harvest Festival, Enoree River Winery will continue the wine celebration with a Fall Pack the Porch wine & music series every Sunday in October following the festival weekend. Dates include October 16th, 23rd and 30th. Visit their Facebook page for more details
