"It is an honor to be chosen in the inaugural selection for the PPAI (Promotional Products Association International) Fellows Program," says Lynn Pechinski, President of 1^st Straw Marketing and Promotions. The honor is given "to those who have been influential and have continuously support the industry through personal involvement and who have contributed to a culture of volunteer engagement," announced Lisa Beck, PPAI's Member Engagement Program Manager.

The industry association is active in supporting the member suppliers and distributors with continuing education as well as lobbying support for legislation affecting the industry. The launch of the PPAI Fellows Program is a way to recognize the hard work of its members. Lynn Pechinski has been mentoring and teaching live and online education sessions for the past several years.

"We spend our time creating and improving our client's marketing programs," Lynn explains, "and this is intensive and time-consuming. We believe one essential way for us to generate leads is to teach, train and educate our clients and our colleagues."
