New Round Of Institutional Equity Financing Supports VariBlend's Global Growth In Dual Dispensing

The financing, which includes an additional infusion of equity from existing shareholders, also provides for additional capital injections in the future, which will support the company's continued development of dual dispensing solutions, such as the recently launched 20mm MiniMix®. In addition, it will further support VariBlend's global sales network of distributors and independent sales representatives, which recently expanded into India, Israel, Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg.

In related news, Brands also stated that a dedicated company will be established to focus on developing and selling dual dispensing platforms specifically for the Pharmaceutical channel.

MCC will join current shareholders J. Burke Capital Partners (www.jburkecapital.com) and Emil Capital Partners (www.emilcapitalpartners.com).
