HL Agro augments its Agri- Product basket with Corn Starch & its Derivative Products

KANPUR, India - Aug. 24, 2016 - PRLog -- HL Agro Products, the leading processor & exporter of sesame seeds, today announced the launch of its corn starch unit to trigger processing with the latest milling techniques & deliver in bulk an array of native starch products across the country & around the world. HL Agro ventures into the corn starch business with the vision to upgrade its agri-product cluster & penetrate into the international market with its premium starch range. To capitalize on the growing starch needs in the global arena, HL Agro steps forward to hygienically process & wholesale the unadulterated yield of corn starch powder, liquid glucose, coarse & fine fiber, maize gluten & maize germ.

Based in the city of Kanpur, the fully automated Corn Processing plant is FSSC 22000 certified & equipped with the advanced machinery & state of the art technology. The factory maintains an advanced in-house research laboratory with three colossal units specifically for microbiological testing & quality assessment of raw materials & end products. The processing unit perpetuates an eco-friendly point by engaging anaerobic digester to seamlessly produce methane gas and make it available for re-use in the boiler. With The 300 MT  grinding capacity  per day, HL Agro promises to deliver 120 Mt of Maize Starch Powder, 80 MT of Liquid Glucose, 13.5 MT of Corn Gluten, 16.5 MT of Corn Germ and 24MT of Dry–Fibre on a daily basis.

Full stainless steel state-of-the-art silos are directly imported from the USA to procure the corns in the warehouse and are also steeped in fully-SS Vats to retain their hygiene and purity. With the pneumatic conveying systems installed throughout the process, the human touch is further eliminated in the production & packaging process.
