Which is why online piano teacher Edward Weiss decided to title one of his piano lessons 'October Air.' This piano lesson teaches students how to use left hand patterns combined with a poignant melody to create a nostalgic fall mood.
Piano Lessons Like Art Instruction... Mr. Weiss Talks about His Approach:
"I've always loved October ... the leaves change and it's really inspiring. The new lesson 'October Air' celebrates this change and offers students an easy way to learn how to improvise and compose their own music." "By focusing in and enjoying the process,of playing, students bypass their internal critic and are able to create with ease" says Weiss.
The lesson 'October Air' is just one lesson of many Weiss offers his students and the online course he teaches has over 150 step-by-step lessons. Students have access to videos, audio, and instruction from Weiss who charges a small monthly fee for access to everything on the site.
When asked what his ultimate goal is for students, Mr. Weiss responds:
"If someone can just walk over to their piano or keyboard, sit down, and just play what they are feeling, then I feel I've accomplished what I set out to do which is give people a way to relax, unwind, and get creative at the piano."
The complete lesson of 'October Air is available to course members who can sample the course risk-free at http://www.Quiescencemusic.com
