Dr. Edward Mackay is a board certified General and Vascular surgery in the Tampa Bay area who has been treating the many vein and circulation issues people encounter for over 20 years. Dr. Mackay has assembled a team of friendly and committed medical professionals who fully understand the impact unhealthy weight can have on the entire body.  "We are so excited to offer the Vivaliti program to our patients.
