BERKELEY, Calif. - Aug. 23, 2016 - PRLog -- Fiero Flair, an empowerment company based in the San Francisco Bay Area, who are also producers of the annual Girl Power! Women Working in the Music Industry Conference, will premiere their new documentary, What Empowers Women, at the beautiful Goldman Theater, located at the David Brower Center in Berkeley, California on September 15, 2016.

Produced by Gian Fiero, co-founder of Fiero Flair, What Empowers Women reveals and focuses on three vital components of self-empowerment for women through candid, intimate interviews with attendees and panelists of the 2015 Girl Power! Conference.

The documentary will serve as the focal point of a brief panel discussion with guest speakers that will offer more insights into female empowerment. A networking session that will take place immediately following the premiere.

What Empowers Women was a collaboration with Mike Montoya, an emerging visual artist with a BA in cinema from San Francisco State University, who created a seamless narrative with his editing skills. Grammy nominated music producer and composer Cori Jacobs, who recently scored the Allen Iverson documentary, IVERSON, provided the score to bring it to life.

"This documentary, our second, was made to support our mission of empowering people and elevating minds," say Kerry Fiero, co-founder of Fiero Flair. "We felt that our first documentary, Sexism & Success: Empowering Women In Music resonated with our target audience, but What Empowers Women transcends the music industry. It features female music industry professionals, but is for all females. We think it's going to serve as a personal development tool for many generations of women."

The What Empowers Women premiere and networking event is FREE, but tickets are required. Seating is limited. Order your tickets now, right here:

Donations will be accepted online and at the door to fund future projects.
